Today we are talking all thing running!


Here are my top tips:

  • Speed isn't everything
  • Something is better than nothing.
  • Just because you walk/run does not mean its not a run
  • Fueling before and after a run
  • Learn to introduce gels or food when you start running longer
  • Carry water if you can - running belt

I enjoy what running brings to my life and I am grateful to be able to share my experience with you
