This year's Spartan World Championships is on the sand dunes of Abu Dhabi. Running in the sand is different than the road or trail, and there are ways to alter your training to best prepare for the sand slog. Faye Stenning shares her training ideas on how to tackle sand running and prep for Spartan Worlds, including her own training plans.
