Ever felt frustrated that you couldn't find comfortable active wear that fit your growing bump, or struggled out of a restrictive sports bra to give your baby a feed? Claire Gleave was fed up of not finding the right gear when she was pregnant, and went on to found her very own activewear brand to fill that gap.

Natal Active has since gone from strength-to-strength while Claire has continued her impressive running streak, from chasing pbs to running for wellbeing, all while being mum to her three boys!

Claire shares why what you wear matters, and how to stay comfortable and able to keep moving, whether you're pregnant or have a baby or older child. She also talks about the breastfeeding mums she followed through London Marathon this year and how she's working to raise the profile of running mothers.

Claire herself has pushed her limits to reach her own goals and her dedication to helping other women do the same is really inspiring.
