Our lives are meant to be lived to the fullness of what God originally designed us for. We so often fill our lives to the brim, don't take care of ourselves and eat and sleep poorly and then wonder why we are dry, empty and full of anxiety and depression. It's time to make some intentional decisions and rise to the occasion and grab hold of the health and wholeness God has for you and your life. It's worth pursuing.
