Throughout the scriptures after Jesus ministered to the people He went to a solitary place to pray. He poured out and then He refilled His spirit. Likewise we need to refill our spirit daily by spending time in prayer, worship, and thanksgiving. Stop running on empty. Get replenished in the presence of God.
