Ryan Lindner had some challenges around anxiety and OCD as he was growing up. Being an introvert meant that the road to becoming a coach was an unlikely path but one that helped him develop himself as well as others.
After a series of jobs, the fit and healthy 30-something-year-old, landed his first decent coaching role. He was only one month into the job when a fluttery heart gave cause for mild concern. Fast forward just a few hours and Ryan’s whole world and his outlook upon it changed as he muttered these final words before he died:
“I’m going down.”
