Apurva has been in real estate since 2001, started on the lending side, managed a team of high performing loan officers and funded over $1BN in transactions, went fully independent in 2019 and have funded $400MM in residential transactions since launching Matador Lending. Spun off Matador Realty in 2020 and joined EXP, growing that side to have similar production and large goals to be a top performing team in our market!
