Roxie Perregaux is a national board certified health coach with 29 years experience in the health and fitness industry.  Her fitness certifications have given her the experience of training clients to achieve physical goals.  Her target client is the 60+ year old ex-athlete who experiences aches and pains after they've exercised.  She offers coaching to help with behavioral changes regarding nutrition, exercise, stress management, and weight management.
