The ✨audacity✨ of RuPaul and Michelle Visage to give us "Snatch Game" on episode 2. We're honestly still recovering. That being said, wow what an episode.
We're breaking down the entire episode and, let me just say, we had a LOT to say. We start with a discussion of how every queen is bringing a different type of drag to the table, so how can the judges actually compare them and then we ask if we think Michelle, Rhys, and Ru are going to be the only judges all season. We see you, Australia, being very COVID-conscious.
We also discuss the role of 'Australian humor' (and its differences from American humor) in the reception of Snatch Game as well as our impressions of each of the queen's performances. We are squabbling with the judges on their critiques of the kind of unprecedented BOTTOM SIX and giving you why we think it was maybe a little aggressive. We also gab about our love for Anita Wigl'it and her hilarious work as Queen Elizabeth II. And, then we discuss the lip sync and a SHOCKING elimination.
