Yesterday during out Thinking Point, the issue of rural development dominated the conversation with many of you agreeing that more attention must be paid to the rural part of the country. Interestingly the Institute of Race Relations yesterday (Tuesday) launched their five-point plan to save rural South Africa, what they say is a policy document presenting a simple set of solutions to make sure South Africans living in rural areas can thrive and fulfil their ambitions.
