What are you rushing? Is it physical rushing to and from, managing schedules and expectations, or is pressure and judgement that you are internalizing from scarcity of not having enough, not being where you should be, or the thoughts you have about the people in your life. 
In this episode I give my definition of rushing, and the 3 key components that create the negative result and a whole lot of suffering.
