In this episode I had an awesome conversation with my friend Russ Parrish. Russ is an incredibly talented artist, songwriter, worship leader and a ton of fun to chat with. We discussed what it looks like to lead in front of many different denominations and how that taught Russ to be flexible in his worship leading styles.
