Providence is the doctrine that God governs all things at all times. He not only created the universe, but also sustains it, directs it, and works through every detail—great or small—for His purposes. God’s meticulous sovereignty: He upholds, directs, and ordains all things, from the rising of the sun to the fall of a sparrow. God’s providence is not random or cold—it is personal, wise, and good. For the believer, this truth brings deep assurance: nothing happens outside the control of our loving Father.

🙏🏼 Prayer:
Sovereign Lord, I praise You for Your wise and loving providence. You rule over all things with perfect wisdom and power. Even when I do not understand, I know You are working all things for good. Help me to walk by faith and not by sight, to trust Your hand in the light and in the dark. Teach me to rest in Your control, rejoice in Your care, and submit to Your purposes. You are not distant or passive—You are near, involved, and faithful. Be glorified in all things, even in my waiting and wondering. In Jesus’ name, amen.
