We revisit the Russia-Africa Summit that was held last Month where leaders from the continent signed all manner of agreements with Moscow as we could not conclude our discussion last week. The Russian government and state companies signed dozens of memoranda of understanding and agreements and promised further cooperation, building on recent agreements with individual African governments. What should we read into this and also is it in Africa's advantage to do business with Russia? What history do we share with Russia?
