Russia's security service says it has detained a suspect in the killing of one of Vladimir Putin's top generals. The suspect was described as an Uzbek citizen recruited by Ukrainian intelligence services to carry out the assassination of General Igor Karilov, who headed Russia's nuclear and chemical weapons division.
