He served as a member of the Securities and Exchange Commission Advisory Committee on Smaller Public Companies and is a former Director of the New Orleans Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta.
Rusty is also the author of Big Bad Banks, How Greed and Ego among the big shots in banking and government created the crisis that wrecked our economy.
