Naomi's life is torn apart by the death of her husband and two sons. Ruth decides to leave her Moabite culture and follow Naomi back to Bethlehem. These two widows face seemingly insurmountable odds. Yet, Yahweh, the God of Israel is working behind the scenes for the good of Naomi and Ruth.
