Ruth Anne Morgan, 81, died at home in Red Hook on June 19, 2025. She was born on October 14, 1943, in the Bronx and moved with her parents and six siblings to the Rhinebeck area by the time she was eight. After graduating from Rhinebeck High School in 1960, Ruth went on to attend Prairie Bible Institute and then Chrysler Business School, where she studied Secretarial Science.
