This conversation was with Ruth Cooper-Dickson who I met in the last few years that I lived down in London. In the episode we talk about Ruth's own lived experience with Mental Health, as well as the work she does with the team from CHAMPS Wellbing Consultants. 

We also talk about Ruth's journey coming to One year sober at the time of recording, as well as the effects that alcohol can have on people taking Mental Health related medications, as well the general side effects that can occur from taking them anyway.
