Meet Ruth Dearnley, she is an international social change strategist. She has held senior leadership, advocacy and external affairs roles in INGOs and business associations in the UK, Australia and southern Africa, where she has implemented pioneering approaches to measuring influence and developed innovative change methodologies, drawing on leading communications and advocacy approaches, in order to most efficiently achieve social change outcomes.

Specialising in child protection, labour exploitation, ethical consumerism and supply chain sustainability, Ruth believes that it is people, not institutions, that make change happen. She founded Influence Global to help organisations connect with the right change-makers and use the most efficient strategies to make their vision a reality.
