Your database is the lifeblood of your business and working by referral is the way to create a stream of high quality leads. Below are the seven steps you need to complete a regular basis to continuously grow your database.

1. Add people to your database
Always try to meet your people

2. Build relationship
Show you care and provide value

3. Give excellent service-provide value
Make time for your relationships and help provide solutions

4. Ask for referrals
Your contact doesn't know that you are looking for leads unless you ask!

5. Receive referrals
Be open to new client by sending out the right energy. Even with a full workload, you're never too busy to help a referral

6. Acknowledge and appreciate the referrer
Send a personal note thanking a referrer immediatley

7. Turn the new lead into an advocate
Start at step 1 with this new lead.
