Increase your following by maximizing hashtags on instagram

Hashtags makes the difference in getting FOUND on instagram.
Here is the Hashtags strategy.

Use a blank word or google document on your computer or on your phone open up the notes app on your phone. Open up the notes app on your iPhone or your notepad on an android.

Go to instagram and start searching hashtags related to Las Vegas and/or your farm area. Make a List of your hashtags. For example, you may start to search #vegasrealestate and see that #vegasrealestate comes up too.

Add both of those your list of a least 15 hashtags

Save the list of hashtags to your phone/computer. On instagram post something like, "I sure love where I live!" Then, use your hashtags. Use these hashtags for your IG posts as they are relevant.

For posts in your IG feed you can have up to 30 hashtags and for IG stories up to 1 - I think 3 is plenty for stories.

Catch up on any items you may not have had time to do.

Read through the instagram notes.

Make sure you have completed all these items:

Have you updated your BIO? Tried out instagram stories? Created your video? Used Hashtags?

If you are all caught up - take your time today to schedule a few pieces of content on your instagram page for the next 3-5 days.

- Tip Tuesday or Tour Tuesday
- Wednesday Wisdom or Wednesday Winedom
- Throwback Thursday of Thirsty Thursday
- Feature Friday or Festive Friday
