For Buyers:

For a home inspection, bring donuts for the morning or pizza for lunch because people get hungry,
After inspection and repairs are agreed to, give buyers some moving boxes and tape
When the house closes gift wrap front door.
Bring a home made dinner to buyers on move-in day.

For Sellers:
On moving day, bring some pizza
If the sellers have young kids, give them "The Berenstain Bears Moving Day
