What are the things that contributed to Erin's Success as a real estate agent? Social Media! When the COVID-19 pandemic significantly affected the U.S. social media is the tool to connect to other people without restrictions and become an essential element in the time of social distancing.

One of her secret sauces is she let her clients fill out an information form where it will ask them some necessary things such as client's birthday,anniversary,favorite color, favorite beverages etc. it will immediately registered under her calendar so it pops-up 3 days before the life-event so she can send them a gift.
