He says the housing market is strong, but we should be worried about some things. Buyer activity is good right now in every region of the country, but he mentions the west coast housing market is concerning because of lack of supply. Buyers who succeeding in purchasing a home are overpaying for the value of the home. Plus, mortgage rates will also begin to inch higher. He is very optimistic about the market still and it should remain strong.
