Ayer a pesar de hacer todo mi esfuerzo para compartir con ustedes la rutina que realice ayer, no pude, debido a inconvenientes con la APP CapCut, por más que intente solventarlo, todos mis intentos terminaron sin éxito, el cansancio me venció y desistí, en el sueño pensé en posibles soluciones, una de ellas es hacer una grabación de pantalla del proyecto hecho por la mencionada APP, luego descargué otra APP y gracias a Dios el proyecto se cargó, es la que voy a compartir con ustedes, una rutina para ejercitar el cuerpo completo, esperando que sea de su agrado 😊.

Yesterday in spite of making all my effort to share with you the routine I did yesterday, I could not, due to inconveniences with the APP CapCut, no matter how hard I tried to solve it, all my attempts ended without success, the tiredness overcame me and I gave up, in the dream I thought of possible solutions, one of them is to make a screen recording of the project made by the mentioned APP, then I downloaded another APP and thank God the project was loaded, is the one I'm going to share with you, a routine to exercise the whole body, hoping it will be to your liking 😊.
Esta rutina la inicié con un calentamiento básico con tres ejercicios súper motivadores, el primero de ellos, saltos de tijera, luego trote con elevación de rodilla y toque de mano, por último, salto lateral. Entrando en calor, comencé hacer los 8 ejercicios que diseñé para esta rutina de cuerpo completo, a continuación se las daré a conocer:

I started this routine with a basic warm up with three super motivating exercises: the first one, jumping jacks, then jogging with knee lift and hand touch, and finally, lateral jump. Warming up, I started doing the 8 exercises I designed for this full body routine, here's how to do them:

The wonderful thing about these exercises is that they activate almost most of the upper and lower body, including the glutes, quads, hamstrings, lower back, abdomen, chest, triceps, back, obliques, hips and more. Performing this routine, helps us to improve posture, mobility, body control, coordination, balance and strength, as well as increase endurance and toning of muscle mass, the result is greater, if practiced three times a week.
