Mi rutina de noche. Todas las noches son dinamicas. A veces son las 1 de la mañana y mi bebé solo quiere jugar. Otras noches, puedo desocuparme temprano y tener tiempo para mi. Por eso, no me aferro a una rutina, siempre estoy dispuesta a ajustar mis noches al ritmo de mi bebé. Pero, en general esto es lo que hago cada noche antes de dormir. A excepción de lavarme el cabello, solo lo hago en las noches cuando ya siento que mi cabello no aguanta un día más sin lavarse. Muchas gracias por ver mi vídeo.

My night routine. Every night is dynamic. Sometimes it's 1 in the morning and my baby just wants to play. Other nights, I can quit early and have time to myself. That's why I don't stick to a routine, I'm always willing to adjust my nights to my baby's rhythm. But, in general this is what I do every night before going to sleep.
