A Biden executive order on gender identity is putting Christian colleges in a predicament. The executive order would force colleges to admit a male who identifies as a female into a female dorm – something most Christian colleges would not allow.  Mr. Bangert discusses the details of the order, his client's (College of the Ozarks) case, and how regardless of the outcome, the process is the punishment.
