Ryan Donovan chats to Russell ahead of his talk at the Show about growing up with parents on drugs and all the trauma that comes with it.

He ended up being on drugs and other substances for many years, causing the same harm to others that was caused to him.

Ryan now mentors people who want to stop and find a new way to live. He's been through treatment, studied addiction and came out the other side. Ryan now has enough knowledge to stay on top of this disease and show others how to do the same. Ryan talks about how much this has been a huge part of his life and wants to share his story with others.
