Current Daytona 500 Champion Ryan Newman took time out of his busy 2008 racing schedule to visit Kennedy Space Center. Among his many activities at the Space Center, Janet Petro, NASA Space Center Director, presented Newman with a green flag which circled Earth as he took the checkered flag at the 50th Running of the Daytona 500 in February.
