Honey Badgers Head Coach Ryan Schmidt joins for the premiere edition of The Honey Drop. We dive into Schmidt's empathetic approach to coaching, from connecting with kids at a Youth Academy in Oregon, to the lifelong bonds he's built with professionals like Tyler Ennis and Alize Johnson. We also re-live the nerves of Schmidt's first speech as an assistant with the Raptors 905, and examine the nuances of managing a player's confidence while staying within the team concept.  Plus we find out what Schmidt has in common with Atlanta Hawks playoff hero Kevin Huerter.
