Years ago we got an invite to hunt at The Gopher Plantation.  Growing up hunting in Florida with an extremely low population of deer, we were excited to see even one deer a day so seeing 20-30 deer on the first morning at The Gopher absolutely blew our minds.  The lodging, meals and folks that run it are first class.  Ryan is salt-of-the-earth and hardworking.  He will do everything is his power to make sure you have a great time.  We wanted to interview him because of his knowledge and experience.  We also selfishly wanted to open the door to have him back on in the future for our turkey season episodes.  He is the best turkey hunter we've ever met, and we've met a lot of turkey hunters.  So checkout Gopherplantation.com if you want to see what its about, you will not regret it.
