Ryan is going to take the M&M; Family on his very own Scandinavian Stone Lifting Tour along with his Stone Lifting Brother Nic!  We leed off the Podcast with some catch up just prior to Ryan leaving for the trip. We talk about the last month of his training and what he did to stay good and strong and to keep his intensity high enough so when he landed in Scandinavia he was good to go!

We talk about all of the research that went into this tour so Ryan and the other stone lifters could reach their destinations and lift these huge Viking Stones. We step back one year ago when Ryan and Nic went to Iceland and not only lifted the Husafell Stone but many famous stones they discovered through their research. The biggest thing so far that came out of Iceland was the word confidence! You can't live without it!

On today's Podcast  Titled Stones of Scandinavia Eric and Ryan talk about why this is just more than a Stone Tour. As both Ryan and I have observed stone-lifting is exploding into the netherworld! Its always been a way of life for so many lifters but suddenly people, in general, see the importance of being able to move and lift objects no matter how heavy they are. This all goes back to a time in our DNA when doing things like this were second nature. Time and a much softer nature have taken us away from our natural roots of Labor!
