Ryan Tillman, Founder of Breaking Barriers United, joins the Learning Unlocked podcast to discuss his mission is to change the perception people have of police officers, while understanding what exactly police officers are doing to form those perceptions. Tillman addresses current issues between law enforcement and the communities they serve. He also discusses tactics for de-escalating conflicts and learning about others so that we may understand them better.
