"Catchin' up with the Coach" with new Ohio Field Hockey head coach Ali Johnstone, who is excited to be back at Ohio and get to work with her players (14:02 - 20:26)

"Keepin' up with the 'Cats" features Ohio swimmer Corrin Van Lanen, who discusses how exciting it is to host the MAC Championships this year and her performance this season(21:46 - 27:12). And Ohio diver Nicole Hughes rounds out the show by talking about her season and the MAC Tournament (28:52 - 32:45).
