Brian Villalobos, M.A. is a licensed minister with Victory Outreach International. Brian and his wife Vivian with their 5 children, pioneered and pastored a church in London, England for 11 years. He holds an undergraduate degree in Geology, and a Masters Degree in Mission from the University of Wales, UK. He is also a California licensed professional geologist, certified engineering geologist, and certified hydrogeologist. Brian & Vivian are a down to earth couple whose hearts & minds remain on the things above.
