When local talent leaves the area to find their home in the next level of their career, the possibilities aren't any different than what you get from your home area, or are they? We sit down with University of Toledo Rockets Basketball star Guard Quinesha Lockett and one of her coaches from Omaha Benson, where she also was the star Coach Ricky Ruffin giving lots of insight between staying home, education, AAU, and going away from home to build your future. Quinesha is a strong individual on and off the court with her expectation, leadership, demand, and drive to improve daily. Still, when her career ends in basketball playing, it will be all about giving back and one day owning a basketball training center back home in Omaha, but until then, bring on the 2023-'24 season of NCAAW "Shes Back," & she is looking for more with the Rockets and hoping for a possible WNBA opportunity.
