When you're a young athlete playing all the sports you desire, coming to a point in your life where you need to decide which one to pursue isn't always easy. But when you take the chance on a single sport, you can excel at the next level in college and then turn pro like local Omaha Professional Golfer Scott Gutschewski; you can play it for a long time with lots of ups and downs but still be able to play. We had the honor to interview him and took our crew to his office thanks to Hurrdat Sports and their 17th Hole Pavillion at Indian Creek Golf Course during the Pinnacle Bank Championship, a stop in the PGA Korn Ferry Tour in Omaha, Nebraska. One of the best parts of a sport like golf is how it gives back in many ways, especially for the Gutschewskis', as it became a family affair with his kids, who have played at multiple levels, including high school & college. Golf is the sport you think you know who will win, and then boom, someone you have never heard of becomes the next star or the next to decide; that was my last 18 holes.
