In this day and age, the AAU Basketball Circuit is expanding, growing, and becoming a significant opportunity for your son or daughter to have a chance to get to the next level of College Basketball but not all programs are the same. We talk with AAU Omaha Elite Hoops Coach Dan Archie and one of his player's parents, Montice Griggs, about the growth of the sport, the dedication to the game, and how important the right coach and situation can provide a place for your son or daughter to excel. Omaha and Nebraska are grabbing these opportunities during AAU to help our kids to be seen, but all cases differ. Whether it is Nike's EYBL, Addias's 3SSB, Under Armor's UA Association, or New Balance's NxtPro or Pro16, they all provide the platform needed. Omaha Elite took their 17U team this year and won the NXT Championship and did it with an undefeated record of 17-0 with athletes from across the city and state. Finding the right coach for your son and daughter can be challenging, but once you do make sure your son or daughter knows how to take advantage of that opportunity, you never know what results they will get.
