Many dreams and ambitions start at a young age, but being able to live them out isn't always roses and butterflies. The guys sit down with Former Creighton Baseball Pitcher and Current Papillion-La Vista South Titans Pitching Coach John Oltman, talking about how a young farm boy from Beatrice, Nebraska, takes what he has learned about hard work, dedication, and determination and turns it into a playing career and teaching career. Knowing when your time is up in a sport or activity isn't easy to accept when you love the game, but what's the next step once you make the transition? John takes the guys through his decision-making during some of the most challenging times, but he is now teaching young men and kids how to become the player they want to be.
