Lisa Gornall is a Spiritual Medium, Reiki Master, Mindset Energy Coach and Author of the books Energy Wellness: My Guide to Balanced Relationships; Energy Balance: My Guide to Transformation; and In Light and Love: My Guide to Balance. I've asked her to tell some stories about clearing dark energies, such as shadow people or beings that seem to feed off the energy of humans.  There's not a lot of practitioners doing this kind of work because they are scared to (I am one of those practitioners who do this work well).
