In this episode, we get international, as my guest that I talked to was in Spain while we chatted. Genevieve Pepin who has one of the most beautiful names out there. Genevieve is French - Canadian and lives in Spain. She is a mindset coach, as well as a productivity specialist who helps people achieve their goals. We talk about taking risks but calculated risks, especially in the last year or so that we've been in this pandemic. We also talk about sustainability being the key factor for the future of this niche that she is in. Furthermore, we note that practice lacks, which is very important for when changing your behavior. Lastly, we conclude that mindset is everything and that you have to be in the right mindset to achieve your goals.
