The 9-to-5 routine is slowly changing, as more and more employees are not satisfied anymore. 👷 Freelancing and self-employment are more and more common. It is time to ask questions: What do we want to do with our time? Why do we work? It is not about quitting work at all- it is about finding purpose and finding something that works for you- considering your private life. Many people are going through this collectively: Pressure and expectations of modern jobs are colliding with personal values. It is not about laziness- by far not. It is about reclaiming our right of a happy life.🌿🖤 In this episode, I'm also connecting the dots between work, mental health and neurodivergency. As a person with adhd, I am very devastated by how our modern work & hustle culture is built.
