How do you effectively communicate information from the ground during a disaster?

In this episode, we talked about Disaster Communication with two regional broadcasters; from two of the most disaster prone regions in the Philippines: Bicol and Cagayan regions. Recently, both regions were heavily devastated by two strong typhoons, supertyphoon Rolly and typhon Ulysses.
