I was in Yorkshire two weeks ago and once back home, my brother tested positive for Covid. Knowing I was exposed and not wanting to spread it, I self-isolated for ten days, just in case. But it appears this is not common practice and some people believe we shouldn't even talk about Covid anymore as they believe it's no different than a cold.
Am I from an alternate universe which collided with this one where the pandemic wasn't so bad?
