About Tina Coleman

After losing both parents before my 40th birthday I went into a downward spiral not caring about my life or myself. After twenty years as a licensed massage therapist, my career was ended after a car accident ironically I got into massage because I was hit by a semi the universe loves irony. This was just one week before I left for my first solo international trip for my 45th birthday. Instead of letting the accident stop me, I chose to keep going, and that trip became the spark that opened my eyes to freedom, courage, and reinvention.

That experience led me to begin traveling solo regularly, and eventually to move abroad, where I created an entirely new life from the ground up. Along the way, I discovered that midlife isn’t the end of the story—it’s the most fabulous new beginning.

I’m now the author of 50 Fabulous and Fuckable, a bold and empowering book for women 50+ who feel burnt out, overlooked, or stuck in old narratives. My mission is to help women. reclaim confidence, embrace reinvention, and design extraordinary new chapters filled with purpose, joy, and unapologetic authenticity.
