Failure takes us to places we have never been. James thinks we have to face the music and shout it out loud hey look I fucked up and its okay cause I am human. He failed by flooding his workplace and failed his manual license twice before succeeding. Uvin talks about engineering and how important failure is to the learning process so that bridges stand the test of time. Uvin also touches on love and relationships and how the failure of that makes us ready for a great fucking relationship. Jess talks about her first time love and how it died.
