Do people have an obligation to help other or should people be responsible for helping themselves. 
It's a conversation that has probably been going on since the dawn of civilisation. 

We have one party to the left... fighting for the good of man kind. 
The other party to the right.... trump. 

The ego vs the peacemaker, the individual vs the group.
