Episode 14: As youth pastors we spend our time pouring into students. We desire to see spiritual growth as well as maturity and life skills develop in them. A huge way we can train them is through actually letting them lead.

Imagine a ministry for students, led by other students. Every area may not be perfect, refined or all polished, but it will be effective. And it will be incredible to witness other students doing the work.

A by-product will be that you also alleviate your work load just a little bit and be able to focus on what really matters… discipling students!
