We're kicking off the fall season of the podcast and Learning Well Journal and the theme for the season is: enthusiasm! We're basing this season around 1 Peter 3:13. Today Alicia and Annie are discussing the character trait of being enthusiastic about life opposed to being a big Debbie Downer, or apathetic if your name happens to be Debbie. They talk about how they can teeter towards apathy and ways that we can remedy that. They'll also highlight several of the articles they loved in Issue 8 of Learning Well Journal and finally, they try not to dwell too much on the fact that neither one of them is sleeping very well anymore (because they're getting a little old).
